Program Overview
The Reading & Literacy Program redefines literacy, moving beyond basic word recognition to focus on functional, technical, and conceptual comprehension. Students develop Blueprint Literacy—learning how to translate complex visual diagrams and written instructions into physical realities. The program emphasizes Systemic Comprehension, developing critical thinking skills required to fully grasp the "why" and "how" behind sustainability concepts, instructions, and project manuals. Students engage with environmental case studies, sustainability reports, and scientific literature, building vocabulary and comprehension skills specific to green technology and environmental science.
